 erings at local spots and commercial venues throughout the district\, with
  support from the Neighborhood Community Development Fund (NCDF)\, a cert
 ified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) serving Allegheny
  County. It provides responsible financing and technical assistance to emp
 ower minority\, women\, and low-income entrepreneurs\, aiming to close eco
