DESCRIPTION:McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation (MRCDC) invites 
 the public to attend a town hall on Nov. 12\, 2025\, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.
 m. regarding the lower Chartiers Avenue roadway improvement streetscape pr
 oject.\n\nStreetscape aesthetics – Lower Chartiers Avenue is being deve
 loped to promote multimodal transportation safety and create cohesive\, co
 mmunity-friendly spaces along the project area.\n\nYour input is needed. W
 e’ll be discussing everything from styles for trash cans and benches to 
 lighting and transit stop needs.\n\n“We want to include the public in th
 is decision-making process and receive input on the design options associa
 ted with the streetscape improvements\,” says Jeb Feldman\, director of 
 economic development.\n\nThe in-person meeting will be held at the Roxian 
 Theatre\, 425 Chartiers Ave.\, McKees Rocks.\n\n“The feedback we receive
  at this public meeting will help to narrow down the concepts and tailor t
