 be hosting an Oil and Gas Rights Coffee Shop Meeting on Thursday Jan. 22\,
  2026 at 6:00PM\, doors open at 5:30\, in Butler County at The Atrium\, 10
 31 New Castle Road\, Prospect\, PA. This event is free to attend. Registra
 tion is required\, online at pogla.org/events\, by phone at 717-205-2350\,
  or at the door. \nPOGLA Coffee Shop meetings discuss issues that matter 
 to landowners with oil and gas royalties such as leases\, setbacks\, decim
 al interests\, unit declarations\, legal issues\, legislative updates\, es
 tate planning\, and new developments. This meeting is tailored to the issu
 es impacting royalty owners in Armstrong\, Beaver\, Butler\, and surroundi
 ng counties. A question and answer session will follow. Light refreshments
