    Sam Bigham has officially become the youngest mayor in Pennsylvania’s, as he took the oath of office Monday in Carnegie Borough. Earning 76% of the Democratic primary vote and Republican write-in support, he balances his role with executive director duties and is pursuing a master’s degree at Carnegie Mellon.
