LEVEL’s first rehab project on Gardner St. in the McKees Rocks Bottoms neighborhood was sold to its new homeowners – graduates of LEVEL’s homeownership programming – earlier this year. Following the groundbreaking, LEVEL has nine renovation projects in process along Woodward Avenue and Grove and Bouquet street. *Preference to current McKees Rocks residents/renters.
