I-79 NEVILLE ISLAND BRIDGE

WATCH FOR DETOURS – Construction crews are about a third of the way through a $43 million I-79 Neville Island Bridge renovation project that got underway last August and is expected to finish in summer 2023.

Undertaken by the Pittsburgh-based Trumbull Corp., the three-year overhaul involves significant repairs to steel and concrete structures, in addition to deck repairs and drainage and safety improvements.

While work is ongoing, various traffic restrictions will continue to take effect through different construction phases.
