Sto-Rox adding dinner option; non-district students welcome

The Sto-Rox School District has added free dinner service for students and children in addition to providing certain breakfast and lunch options.

As of Monday, Oct. 2, according to school communications director Dan Rinkus, dinner will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Jr./Sr. High School and the Upper Elementary.

The program is funded by the Department of Education, said Superintendent Megan Van Fossan, who added the program is open to children who are not district students.
