I-79 construction: traffic changes in Neville and Robinson townships

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced two road construction projects starting Nov. 10, including a ramp closure in Neville Township and overnight ramp restrictions in Collier and Robinson townships, with detours provided for affected traffic.

Northbound I-79 to Parkway West ramp in Robinson will close for two nights this week

PennDOT District 11 announced Monday that the northbound I-79 to Westbound I-376 ramp will be closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. both Tuesday and Wednesday nights, weather permitting, to allow saw cutting operations and shoulder patching to occur.

I-376/79 ramp closures, lane restrictions set to begin Monday night

Nightly repairs will close I-376 interchange ramps to northbound I-79 in Robinson Township from March 31 to April 11, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Detours are provided. Additionally, single-lane restrictions will be in place on the Parkway West from March 31 through mid-June for various repairs.

I-376 off-ramp work to I-79 will restrict traffic to single lane for 2 weeks

A single-lane restriction scheduled to take effect Monday, March 3, will affect the westbound I-376 off-ramp to southbound I-79 in Robinson Township for debris removal, lasting weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. This $14.97 million highway restoration project includes various improvements and is expected to finish by late spring 2025.

Drilling work on Route 22/Route 60 to start Monday, weather permitting

Drilling work on Route 22/Route 60 in Robinson Township will begin Monday, Feb. 17, weather permitting and continue through later this month, PennDOT officials said. The work is a precursor to the Route 22/I-376 Interchange project, which has been in the works for some time.
