A woman was hospitalized in critical condition late Sunday morning following a shooting the 100 block of Jane Street in McKees Rocks, the Allegheny County Police Department reported.
The department’s Homicide Unit responded to a request for assistance at 11:07 a.m. after county 911 was notified that a female had been shot in the 100 block of Jane Street.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where she was listed in critical but stable condition.
Detectives initiated an investigation but no further details were available as of early Sunday evening.
