Did you know there are positive benefits to spending time in nature and working with plants?
Hope Grows and Pittsburgh Botanic Garden are in the planning phase for a new horticulture program!
Both Hope Grows and Pittsburgh Botanic Garden have noticed a gap in the health care system and have decided to partner to provide programming that simultaneously supports guardians and their adult children with special needs.
If you are a family member of a young adult with special needs, consider joining us for a free focus group to learn more and provide input. Your opinion matters, and we would like to hear your thoughts and feedback for the development of this new horticulture program.
Attendees will receive a one-time 50% discount on daily admission to Pittsburgh Botanic Garden for up to 4 individuals. All participants will receive 15% off an overnight stay at Hope Grows’ Iris Respite House, and be entered in a drawing for a free stay!
If you have any questions regarding these focus groups or horticulture programs at the Garden, please contact Gina Walter at gwalter@pittsburghbotanicgarden.org.
