The Stowe Tunnel will close overnight May 3 while crews conduct routine electrical work.
Detour signs will direct traffic around the tunnel via Broadway and Island Avenue while the closure is in effect from 9.30 p.m. to 5.30 a.m.
The 112 year-old tunnel is maintained by PennDOT and recently underwent extensive renovations.
