McKees Rocks/Stowe groups visit area war monuments in observance of Memorial Day

McKees Rocks Bridge/Route 65 intersection restrictions lifted

Overnight flagging on McKees Rocks Bridge will occur May 13-14, with short traffic stoppages for barrier replacement. Normal operations are resumed at the Route 65 intersection, while long-term lane restrictions continue through early June. Work on the $38.6 million project ends in the fall.

Robinson commissioners deny controversial South Petrie Road rezone request

South Petrie Road residents successfully opposed a multifamily residential project as the Robinson Township Board unanimously denied a request to change the zoning from single-family residential. The property owner, Dale Vietmeier, has 30 days to appeal the decision.
