I-79 roadwork changes on tap for Monday
PennDOT District 11 announced that a traffic shift on northbound Interstate 79 in the township will occur Monday, July 15, weather permitting. The northbound I-79 lanes at the I-376 interchange will shift to accommodate bridge deck overlay work. Line painting operations will begin Monday evening.
Toxicology reports ordered for two men found dead in Montour Run Creek
Toxicology reports have been ordered to determine the manner and cause of death of two men whose bodies were found in Montour Run Creek, near the Mountour Trail in Moon Township on June 28. The two men have been identified as Alexi Heber Verdugo Lopez, 34, and Bilson Ramirez, 22.
