One Thousand Church Hill Road LLC has acquired the former Robinson Township Municipal Building for $1.35 million. Dr. Craig Oser plans to establish medical offices there. The building provides 58,000 square feet of space, with Oser using 4,500 square feet.

United Code Consultants will manage planning, zoning and code enforcement in Robinson Township following two retirements. The agreement, effective July through the year's end, allows for annual renewal and includes a fee structure for permits directly invoiced to applicants.
