During the Red, White & Blue cross country meet, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart's girls placed fourth and boys took 12th overall, while Moon Area girls were ninth and boys 14th. Individual performances included notable finishes by Jules Goshen and Elise Ashcroft.

The 23rd annual Red, White & Blue Classic cross country meet at White Oak Park will feature nearly 100 schools, including four West Hills teams. Competitions are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, Sept. 5-6, showcasing various classes and returning runners.
