Developer Gary Kisow must update traffic studies and obtain new utility approvals. The project also faces delays in securing necessary environmental approvals from the Allegheny County Conservation District.

Girls flag football: Moon Area opens WPIAL tournament with pair of victories
The Moon Area Tigers rolled to a pair of wins Tuesday in the inaugural WPIAL girls flag football championship playoffs, held at Montour High School's Thomas J. Birko Memorial Stadium.
