Three men charged with rape, sexual assault and other crimes in connection with an incident that police say involved two teenage girls and occurred at a Kennedy Township home last month were ordered to answer to those charges following separate preliminary hearings held Tuesday before Allegheny County Magisterial District Judge Carla M.
