Helen Martinez's new Salvadoran restaurant in Stowe Township, Pupusas y Antojitos Helen, is the result of collaboration between community development organizations and small business owners. Located next to the Parkway Theater, the restaurant highlights the cultural significance of pupusas, a staple of Salvadoran cuisine.
