Stowe man arrested after search turns up tools used to modify firearms, police claim

A 19-year-old Stowe Township man was arrested for illegal firearm modifications after police found tools and a loaded .22 pistol with an erased serial number at his home. He faces felony and misdemeanor charges and is out on bail.
