POGLA, the Pennsylvania Oil and Gas Landowner Alliance, will be hosting an Oil and Gas Rights Coffee Shop Meeting on Thursday Jan. 22, 2026 at 6:00PM, doors open at 5:30, in Butler County at The Atrium, 1031 New Castle Road, Prospect, PA. POGLA Coffee Shop meetings discuss issues that matter to landowners with oil and gas royalties such as leases, setbacks, decimal interests, unit declarations, legal issues, legislative updates, estate planning, and new developments. This meeting is tailored to the issues impacting royalty owners in Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, and surrounding counties. A question and answer session will follow. Light refreshments will be provided.
