The Montour Spartans beat Aliquippa last week in a Class 4A Parkway Conference showdown, but they haven't wrapped up the conference title yet. West Allegheny stands in the Spartans' way Friday night in one of seven games involving West Hills area teams.
Carlynton and Our Lady of the Sacred Heart both lost close matches in the opening round of the WPIAL girls Class 1A tournament Tuesday. In today's boys action, Moon and OLSH both will play at Moon High School.
