WPIAL boys basketball: OLSH turns to defense in quarterfinal win over Jefferson-Morgan

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart's boys basketball team secured a 41-28 win over Jefferson Morgan Thursday night in the quarterfinals of the WPIAL Class 2A tournament at Peters Township, showcasing strong defense. The Chargers will face Sewickley Academy in Monday night's semifinals at a time and location to be determined.

Moon Area defeated Penn-Trafford 45-30 in the WPIAL Class 5A tournament, led by Jackson Bauman’s 20 points. Moon, now 19-3, will face Gateway in the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Montour fell to Chartiers Valley, Bishop Canevin was upset by Shady Side Academy and Sto-Rox lost to Aliquippa.
