Both the Montour and Our Lady of the Sacred Heart girls basketball teams came up winners Monday night, but the Moon girls and Bishop Canevin boys wound up on the losing end of things.

The Bishop Canevin boys basketball team won for the first time in three starts Thursday night, taking down host Lincoln Park, 48-38. In girls action, Sto-Rox won for the third time in four starts by beating Burgettstown on the road.
Bishop Canevin got off to a hot start and smoked Northgate Tuesday night in a girls basketball game. Our Lady of the Sacred Heart's girls also prevailed.
